In addition to being right by the ocean, you and yours will love how it is only a 6-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shopping on Flagler Avenue. Upon walking in you'll be welcomed by the home's bright interior full of white, teal, and wood accents. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and more. Tucked beneath the island are a Full-Size Washer and Dryer. From the living room your cozy spot, you'll also have a full view of the backyard. The backyard is fenced-in and provides children with a safe outdoor space to play. At the end of each beach-filled day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the primary bedroom. This bedroom holds a queen bed and looks directly onto the ocean horizon. We recommend waking up early to watch the ocean sunrise from the bedroom's private 2nd-floor balcony! The nearby bathroom is beautifully updated and provides guests with a standard bathtub.
